Yummy Superfood 101: Chocolate Chia Hemp SuperSmoothy

This one is another of my favourites these days. Great meal replacement or just a filling snack. 

Can be made with either cow's milk, soy or almond milk. 


Contains not only a nice serving of proteins(more than 15g, 









but also a few of really cool superfoods(can all be found at health shops, organic shops or health sections of some of the supermarkets):

Hemp Powder: contains healthy non-processed protein(10g in a tablespoon!) + various minerals + omega 3s


Chia Seedscontain lots of nutrients, antioxidants, fiber, protein, omega 3,improve exercise performance, help with weight loss, contain very little calories


Cacao Powdergreat antioxidant and anti-depressant




INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of milk of your choice (cow's, soy, almond, hazelnut, oat etc). I use unsweetened Organic Soy Milk at the moment.


1 TSP of Hemp Powder


2 TSP of Chia Seeds


1 Peach or 1 handfull of berries


1/4 tsp of Stevia powder(natural sweetener)

TO MAKE: 


Just blend all of the ingredients together and serve chilled
